All new Vivo V9
And here comes another smartphone with a notch like Apple’s iPhone X and this time its from the house of Chinese tech giant Vivo. I don’t understand what is happening to the smartphone industry, why are brands coping another brand (specifically Apple)? And when a company like Vivo does such thing it really makes me feel sad because a company which brought phones like APEX and X21 plus in market shows how much potential it holds actually, but no they just copied it. In my previous post about Vivo I had already told you guys how big Vivo is?
So, in today’s article I will only be briefing you guys with each and everything you all need to know about all new Vivo V9. From every innovative feature to every copied feature. So, sit back and read till end because this article worth it. So “Let’s talk about tech”.
Vivo V9
1.       Looks
Vivo V9 is a premier looking phone because it looks just like Apples iPhone X from the front and back with an exception that Vivo V9 has a slight bezel on the lower side.  On the front we have a 6.3-inch IPS LCD display having an aspect ratio of 19:9 (~85.2% screen to body ratio) and a resolution of 1080*2280 pixels (~440 ppi density). There is notch at the top just like iPhone X. It features bezels of 1.5mm at top, said to be 76% less than previous generation Full-view display; 1.75mm displays at the side said to be 19% less and 5.9mm bezel at bottom said to be 29% less. At the notch there is an earpiece, proximity sensor and a 24 MP front camera with an aperture of f/2.0.
Front Of Vivo V9.
At the back there is a dual-camera setup of 16MP+ 5MP which is having an aperture of f/1.7. It also has a fingerprint sensor just above the Vivo branding. Talking of fingerprint, it is pretty fast and is placed at the right position as you don’t have to stretch your finger to reach there.
Talking of sides, at top there is nothing its perfectly clean, on the right side of the phone you get volume rockers and a power button just below it. Turning the phone upside down we see speakers, a microphone, a standard USB port and a 3.5mm audio jack and on the left side there is a hybrid SIM tray which can hold to micro SIM cards and a MicroSD card.

2.       Camera Performance
First, I will tell you about the front camera as Vivo phones are generally known for their amazing selfie cameras. Vivo V9 comes with a 24 MP selfie camera and is having an aperture of f/2.0. This front camera also used when face recognition feature is on to unlock your phone. It is capable of taking photos of 1080 pixels which is pretty nice. When we turn on the camera app and switch to front camera we are able to see many kinds of settings and filters to enhance your experience. The camera app itself is equipped with loads of features so according to me you will feel no need to download any other camera app.
Back side of Vivo V9.
Flip the phone and you see a Dual-camera setup of 16MP+ 5MP which is having an aperture of f/1.7. And as always back camera is not that much powerful, despite having dual cameras it is not able to beat its front camera performance. Vivo has always been criticized for doing such but they never took a single step to make it better.

Personal Review
According to me Vivo V9 is good package but do not worth 22k. As the phone is having Snapdragon 626 processor which is an old processor and comes with a DDR3 RAM which is also not used that much. Another interesting fact is that the wallpaper which we will be seeing on V9 hoadings is also same as that of iPhone X. This shows us the level of Vivo. I would have suggested this phone to you guys but frankly speaking this phone is just for those people who can’t afford an iPhone but want to take its feel. I don’t know Mr Amir Khan Sir is promoting this phone.
