Hey Guys we are back with another hi-fi tech news which will blow your mind because this technology news has come from future in the present day. And once again the news has come from Chinese smartphone manufacturer “VIVO”. “We are committed to bringing in technology and innovation in every new product that comes out of our stable and APEX is not an exception. The futuristic design innovations in APEX are only a fraction of our innovation pipeline” Alex Feng, Senior Vice President of Vivo, said these words at the launch of their FullView concept smartphone named “Apex”, the phone with highest screen to body aspect ratio and half-screen fingerprint sensor at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018 in Barcelona this week.

First of all, let me clear one thing that this new phone is a concept phone which means it is just for telling us what future of smartphones is going to be and where the smartphone industry is heading. But certainly, with launch of “APEX” VIVO has put things on fire. Previous this year at CES (Consumer Electronic Show) VIVO showcased the worlds first onscreen fingerprint sensor smartphone VIVO X20 Plus UD which also gained popularity

Vivo APEX has a full edge to edge display with a bezel of 1.8mm at each three sides of the phone and 4.3mm at bottom which is very-very less and also has no notch for earpiece and camera. Vivo officials said that they are working on reducing the bottom bezel of 4.8 so that screen to body ratio can get increased to 98% then only a phone can be called a true bezel-less phone.

Microchips mounted directly to the flexible circuit board result in the staggering screen to body ratio, courtesy of a flexible OLED platform Vivo said.

APEX comes with a half-screen optical fingerprint sensor at the bottom half of the screen beneath its OLED display you can scan your finger in any orientation you like. Company has also added a new feature such as new dual-fingerprint scanning feature for greater security.

The most amazing part of this device is its retractable selfie camera that rises when required and retracts when not in use. It also supports Vivo’s own Screen SoundCasting technology that sends vibration through display without need of traditional loudspeaker.

According to me Vivo has brought a nice concept and would love to see such phones in market soon. Companies like Apple, Samsung cannot play this card as they deliver only refined tech to people and Vivo is still a globally emerging company which is playing the right game by revealing its future plans to make its hype and presence strong in the market. Hope Vivo successfully achieves its aim and bring APEX soon for the market.
